42% faster activation after redesigning the onboarding workflow

The challenge

A well-funded platform was closing enterprise deals and then losing them in implementation. Setup took a median of 14 days, required three support calls, and 31% of new workspaces never reached their first meaningful action.

Our approach

We instrumented the existing flow, interviewed 18 recent buyers, and found that the 12-step wizard front-loaded configuration nobody could answer on day one. We restructured around a jobs-to-be-done sequence: value first, configuration progressively, admin last.

Artificial Intelligence

Enterprise teams adopted an AI copilot 3× faster with trust-first UX

The challenge

The model was strong; adoption was not. Regulated teams would not act on recommendations they could not explain to an auditor, so the copilot was being ignored in exactly the workflows it was built for.

Our approach

We designed a trust layer: every recommendation carries its source data, a confidence band, and a one-click path to the underlying record. Human override became a first-class action rather than an escape hatch, and all of it is logged for audit.

Unified 6 fragmented tools into one clinician workflow

The challenge

Care coordinators moved between six systems to complete a single patient handoff. Context was retyped, details were dropped, and the team's best people were spending their day on data entry.

Our approach

We mapped the true end-to-end handoff, quantified the cost of each switch, and designed a single coordination console that pulls the six sources into one task-shaped view, leaving the underlying systems in place.
